Run flows on a timetable

Scheduled automations fire on a cadence you define—not only when a guest does something. That is useful for periodic summaries, recurring checks on segment membership, or weekly nudges to a dynamic group.

The schedule appears on the automation card when enabled, so your team can see at a glance which flows run on a timer versus event triggers. Monitor the first few runs to confirm timing and audience size look right.

Create or edit an automation, enable schedule, pick the interval or cron-style options shown in the UI, and watch the first run before relying on it for live guest messaging.
