Save successful emails as templates and start from them in automations or campaigns. Keeps layout and brand consistent when multiple people build mail across venues or seasons.

Templates live in brand settings or the automation editor depending on entry point. Edit a template without changing past sends, so you can refresh creative safely.

Create or save a template from an email step or Settings → Templates. Select the template when building a new automation or campaign email, then send a preview to yourself first.
