You can now see at a glance whether a guest is new, regular, or drifting—engagement and frequency badges on profiles and customer lists. We added them because operators wanted a quick scan aid during a busy week, not another report to run before deciding who deserves a personal follow-up.
Badges reflect recent visit and engagement patterns so marketing and floor leaders can agree on priorities. They complement dynamic groups—use badges for quick triage, then build precise segments with explicit visit or spend rules when you need to target at scale.
Open any customer profile and read the badges near the guest summary. When you are ready to act, create or refresh a dynamic group with the criteria that match the guests you want to reach.
