See unidentified spend before join completes.

You can now review guest activity from card or web touchpoints before someone completes a full profile. We introduced visitor records because venues using card linking were seeing meaningful spend attached to unidentified guests—and had no easy way to understand that trading or prompt a join.

Visitor records show anonymous activity until a guest identifies themselves. When they connect through join, card link, or staff action, their history merges onto the new customer profile. You can target join prompts where you have partial identity and avoid losing spend history when someone finally signs up.

Open visitor records from the paths myne provides for unknown spend or web visitors. When someone connects, confirm their prior activity appears on the merged customer profile.
