Segment guests by who has been through a specific automation

Segment by automation participation.

You can now build groups based on whether a guest has entered, completed, or been through selected automations. We added this because operators wanted to suppress repeat welcomes, retarget nurture drop-offs, and exclude guests already in an active flow—without exporting automation run logs.

When multiple automations are selected, a guest typically matches if they qualify for any of the listed flows. Exclude recent welcomers from a broad promo, target guests who finished a nurture sequence with the next offer, or build a "needs follow-up" segment from flows that stalled.

In group criteria, choose automation history filters and pick the automations that matter. Refresh the group before your next campaign send so membership reflects recent runs.
