Connecting Gmail lets myne sync mail with customer and business records so conversations are not trapped in individual inboxes. Wholesale, services, and venue teams can see thread history on the right account or contact when a deal or supplier relationship needs follow-up.

Synced mail supports shared inbox reply, parsing that creates contacts and businesses from corporate domains, and CRM activity timelines on profiles. Automations and tasks can sit alongside email history when your team works relationships in Gmail.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Gmail and connect the mailbox or team setup myne supports. Configure parse or sync options on the integration screen, including historical sync in date blocks if available, then open a contact or business profile to confirm messages appear on the Activities tab.
