Sync OpenTable guests and reservations

You can now connect OpenTable so guest and reservation data sits alongside spend and messaging history in myne. We built this for restaurants that want to recognise diners before they walk in and follow up after a booking—not maintain a separate guest list.

Reservation and guest sync supports pre-arrival segments, post-visit automations, and a fuller profile when someone dines with you often. OpenTable-sourced guests can enter groups based on booking behaviour as well as POS spend.

Open Settings → Integrations → OpenTable and enter your restaurant identifiers as prompted. Enable inbound sync and confirm guest records appear on customer profiles after bookings occur.
