Wholesale orders create or update business accounts, attach spend patterns, and power business groups and journeys. Sales teams follow accounts with real order history instead of manual CRM entry after every delivery run.

Open Settings → Integrations → Ordermentum and connect your supplier account. Map how businesses should be created or matched on first sync, then review Businesses after sync to confirm key accounts imported correctly.
