Conversations
Text one guest or an entire group.
You can now send SMS from myne to an individual guest or everyone in a saved group—with opt-in respected on each profile. We added direct SMS because operators wanted same-day nudges and personal follow-ups without leaving the CRM or juggling a separate texting app during service.
Outbound texts appear in Conversations alongside your other channels, with delivery status where myne tracks it. A manager can spot a lapsed regular on a profile and send a personal text in seconds, or marketing broadcasts a segment without exporting phone numbers. Automations can also send SMS as a step—one-off sends from Conversations stay in your control.
Open Conversations and compose an SMS, or go to a customer profile and choose Send message. For a segment send, pick a group when prompted. Check SMS opt-in on profiles before you message—guests who have opted out will not receive marketing texts.
