Use custom HTML in branded automation emails

Branded automation email steps now offer Builder and Paste HTML modes, so you can drop custom HTML when the visual builder is not enough. That suits agency-supplied layouts or precise brand templates you already use elsewhere.

Paste HTML applies to branded automation emails and SMS-fallback branded email on supported steps—not every email type in the product. You keep control of markup while myne still sends through your configured sender.

In an automation email action, switch to Paste HTML and paste vetted HTML from your designer. Send a preview test to yourself before you turn the automation on for live guests.
