When something happens, myne follows up for you

Event-triggered follow-ups, automated.

You can now set up flows that run when something happens—a guest joins, goes quiet for weeks, completes a sale, or enters a group. We built automations because operators told us the follow-ups they knew they should send were the first things dropped during a busy service.

Each automation follows simple logic: when X happens, do Y. Actions include SMS, email, loyalty credit, Slack alerts, webhooks, group moves, and journey stage changes on supported triggers. That means reliable guest care at scale—welcomes, win-backs, post-visit thank-yous, and internal alerts—without staff remembering every step.

Go to Automations → Create automation. Pick a trigger, add your actions, turn the flow on, and monitor run history to confirm it behaves as expected. Start with one high-value flow, like a join welcome, before building complex multi-step journeys.
