Cashback is part of myne. It is a stored dollar-credit program. A customer earns credit from a qualifying purchase and spends that credit on a later visit. The balance sits on their profile until they use it.

Cashback is myne’s internal stored-credit feature for rewarding customer spend. Businesses define how credit is earned, who receives it and where it can be used. The balance lives on the customer profile, giving teams a simple loyalty mechanic without requiring customers to remember points or coupon codes.

How it works
Connect Wrapped or Gift-it and paste the API credentials from that account.
Set the cashback rate, welcome incentive and historical period, then save.
Identified purchases can earn cashback. The customer spends it in store or online.

Active myne account with Cashback enabled
Compatible POS, ordering or payment source
Defined earning, expiry and redemption rules
Customer connection flow enabled
Limitations
Support has no standalone Cashback article. The earn settings are on the Wrapped and Gift-it guides.
A welcome incentive and historical rewards apply when the customer links a payment card.
Awarding cashback on a Square or Shopify history import is off unless you turn it on.
