What is Tyro?
Tyro is an Australian payments provider for card payments in person, online, and on a mobile terminal. Hospitality and retail venues use a Tyro terminal at the Register to take the payment. Tyro includes EFTPOS terminals, online card payments, and mobile card payments.

Tyro provides payments and business-banking technology for Australian businesses. myne uses Tyro credentials and loyalty capabilities to authenticate eligible customers and connect payment activity with customer rewards.

How it works
Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Tyro, and select Connect. Complete the Tyro authorisation screen.
Map each brand location to its Tyro merchant ID.
Link the card. On-terminal loyalty can do this after payment. Otherwise the customer links the card on a Connection page or promotion.

Requirements
Active Tyro and myne accounts
A completed Tyro authorisation, with status Active
Each location mapped to its Tyro merchant ID
A card-link path: on-terminal loyalty, or Link payment card on a Connection page or promotion
Limitations
Connecting Tyro does not link a card by itself. The customer still has to link it.
Tyro covers the payment. Basket and product detail still come from the POS connection.
On-terminal sign-up is set up with myne Support and the Tyro Connect portal.
FAQ
Does Tyro replace our POS?
No. Keep the POS for sales and products. Tyro connects the payment moment to loyalty.
Does every card payment join loyalty?
Only after that card is linked, and only at mapped Tyro locations.
What do we need from Tyro?
Authorise Tyro in myne, then map each location to its merchant ID.
