What is Shopify?
Shopify is a cloud commerce platform for individuals, small businesses, and larger brands. You use it to build and run an online store, and a store you sell from in person, without writing code. Features include an online store builder, checkout and payments, and Shopify Point of Sale. You can sell on your website, on social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, or in person. Shopify also has an app store with thousands of apps and extensions.
Overview
Shopify is a commerce platform for selling online and in person. The myne integration is designed to connect ecommerce customers and orders with wider hospitality or retail activity, helping brands understand cross-channel behaviour and create more relevant retention programmes.

FAQ
What do I get if I connect Shopify?
myne connects Shopify ecommerce customers, products and paid orders to the customer profile, so an online order can sit with the rest of that customer’s activity. Ongoing sync uses paid orders.
Will an online order and a venue visit share a profile?
Paid Shopify orders and customers sync into myne and sit with your other activity. They share a profile when those records are the same customer.
Do we need Klaviyo to use Shopify with myne?
Shopify customers and paid orders sync without Klaviyo. Connect Klaviyo when you send email or SMS from Klaviyo.
What do you need to connect Shopify?
You need Edit access on Integrations in myne, the Shopify store domain, and approval on the Shopify authorisation screen.
