What is Tasking?
Tasking is part of myne. It is follow-up work on a business or a contact. Each task has an owner and a due date, and it stays on the account it belongs to. A task can sit at to do, in progress, complete, or parked.
Overview
Tasking is myne’s internal workflow feature for turning customer or business context into accountable next steps. Tasks sit against the relevant record, helping teams avoid disconnected notes and keep customer follow-up visible.
What you can do
Create follow-up tasks on a business or contact
Assign work to the right teammate
Track completion next to the profile timeline
Hand off operational work to monday.com when needed
Data synced
Tasks attach to a business or a contact, not a venue customer profile
Each task has an owner and a due date
Status moves through To do, In progress, Complete or Parked
The Calendar tab shows Google Calendar meetings, not the tasks themselves
How it works
Turn on Tasking under Settings, then Integrations. Turning on Business accounts also turns Tasking on.
Add a task from Tasks, or from the business or contact.
Move it as the work progresses. Completed and parked tasks stay hidden until you include them.
