Limitations
Matching uses the sender domain, not only an email already on a record.
Team inbox mail always goes to Shared Inbox, including aliases on that mailbox.
Review domain mappings before Sync historical, or past mail can land on the wrong account.

Can we connect a shared inbox?
Yes. Connect team inbox for a shared mailbox. That mail goes to Shared Inbox. A personal mailbox goes to My Inbox for that person.
Does this replace SMS in myne?
No. Gmail links email threads. Conversations covers myne messaging channels.
What has to match?
Review the sender domain and link it to a business or contact. Excluded domains are ignored.
