Bump-It is the kitchen display used with Lightspeed. It runs the bump screen and the digital docket in a hospitality kitchen. Orders appear on the screen or on a printed docket during service, and kitchen staff bump the order when it is done.

Bump-It is a kitchen display and digital docket platform used in hospitality operations. Connected with myne, eligible service events or dockets can carry customer-facing connection links, helping a venue capture customer details and connect an offer to a specific visit.

How it works
Enable Bump-It under Settings, then Integrations, and enable myne in the bump screen device settings.
Create an automation triggered when an unknown card customer makes a purchase.
Choose a bump-screen instruction for staff, or a QR on the docket that opens a connection page.

Limitations

The automation runs for a purchase that is not yet linked to a profile.
A receipt QR links the card when the customer completes sign-up. Connecting Bump-It does not link the card by itself.
FAQ
Is Bump-It our POS?
No. It is the Lightspeed bump screen. Sales still come from the POS connection.
Bump screen or receipt QR?
Both. Staff can be prompted on the bump screen, or the customer can scan a QR on the docket.
Does the QR link the card?
Yes, when the customer signs up from that QR. The transaction is linked and a profile is created.
