What is Lightspeed O-Series?
Lightspeed O-Series (formerly Kounta) is a cloud point-of-sale (POS) and management platform for hospitality venues such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and food trucks. Staff use it to take orders, take payment, run the floor, and manage the menu. Lightspeed O-Series includes point of sale, payments, table management, inventory, reporting, and connections to ordering and payment apps the venue already uses.
Overview
Sales, products, locations and customers from Lightspeed O-Series come into myne. Visit frequency and spend from those sales sit on the profile. Enriched customer details can go back to Lightspeed O-Series so staff can use loyalty in venue when the customer is identified.
What you can do
When a Lightspeed O-Series sale is on a customer profile, myne can send an SMS welcome after the first visit, with a reason to come back.
On the third visit, myne can email that customer to mark it.
Straight after a sale, myne can send a thank-you by SMS, or save a review request as a draft so you can edit it first.
Add cashback on that sale so dollar credit sits on the profile. The customer can spend it later when Wrapped or Gift-it is connected, and a wallet pass can show the balance before the next order.
If the Lightspeed O-Series sale has no customer on it, Lightspeed Bump Screen can show a join note so the next sale can attach to a profile.
Link a Lightspeed Payments or Tyro card and the next payment recognises that customer, with loyalty ready in venue.
When Lightspeed O-Series visits slow down, save a Customer Group of those regulars and send an offer from their visit count or spend.

How it works

FAQ
What do I get if I connect Lightspeed O-Series?
myne connects Lightspeed O-Series POS sales, products, locations and customers to one customer profile, so you can recognise visits and run loyalty from real purchases. The first import covers the last six months of sales.
Is this the same connection as Lightspeed K-Series?
Lightspeed O-Series and Lightspeed K-Series are separate POS products and separate myne connections.
Can rewards show up in venue?
Rewards can show in venue when myne sends loyalty attributes back to Lightspeed O-Series and staff can identify the customer in the POS.
Can I use a card to identify the customer?
Lightspeed Payments and Tyro can link a card to a customer. Once that card is linked, paying with it attaches the customer to the Lightspeed O-Series sale.
Do we need Tyro as well?
You need Tyro as well when card-linked recognition goes through Tyro. Lightspeed Payments can link a card the same way. The Lightspeed O-Series connection in myne covers POS sales and customer records.
