How it works
Connect an Instagram Business account under Settings, then Integrations, then Instagram.

An Instagram Business account
Required Meta Business and page permissions
Active myne account with Instagram enabled
Approved automation copy and customer consent flow
Limitations
Only an Instagram Business account can connect. A personal login is not enough.
Support documents direct messages, comments and tags. It does not document a follow as a trigger.
AI replies work best when the person already has a myne profile.

Can replies go out automatically?
Yes. A direct message, comment or tag can send an Instagram direct message. The reply can be static, AI, or a template.
Does every commenter become a customer?
Only when they complete the connection flow and share details you are allowed to store.
Will a personal Instagram login work?
No. Support says only an Instagram Business account can be connected.
